For you, BBQ isn't a hobby - it's a way of life. Dry rubs are no joke and you're known to pay homage to the grill gods by smoking up high quality meats alongside a healthy dose of fresh air and some live fire. Our pastured poultry, grass-fed beef and heritage pork makes every day a sunny Sunday. As a meat master, you probably already know that these amazing flavor profiles can only be a result of animals being able to roam and forage naturally.
Contents: The small box will contain approximately 5 pounds of meat, and the large box will contain approximately 10 pounds of meat. The types of cuts you receive will be distributed between the Steaks, Quick Cooking, and Customized Cuts categories
IT’S ALL IN THE CUT
We know a cow is made of more than T-Bones, which is precisely why steaks are the most expensive cut. Simply put, there are only so many per animal and they therefore range from $18-$25/pound. Think NY Strip, Delmonico Rib Eye, Sirloin and the big daddy of steak - Porterhouse.
Hungry and need a quick protein infusion? These cuts can be cooked and served in 30 minutes or less. Generally ranging in price from $7-$15/pound, examples include Ground Meat, Stir Fry, Kabob Meat and Chicken Breasts.
Braising and roasting meat captures immense flavor with little effort. All you need is time. Roasting cuts are at least 2-3 pounds in size and are moderately priced at around $5-$10/pound. We offer a variety of Stew Meat, Rump Roast, Pork Shoulder and Whole Chicken.
Unfortunately, bacon does not magically appear from a pig. Our farms finesse certain cuts of meat into more readily consumed packages. Due to the extra artisanal flare, these cuts tend to be anywhere from $6-$15/pound. Think of Bacon, Sausage, Hot Dogs, Beef Jerky, Smoked Ham among these more rare cuts.
